Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine, apple juice or water
- 3 tablespoons English Mustard Sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 small tomato, seeded and diced
Directions
- Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender
- Stir in the wine or apple juice, mustard sauce and pepper
- Reduce heat to medium-low and bring to boil
- Add shrimp; cook and stir until shrimp turn pink
- Stir in tomato and boil for 2 – 3 minutes on medium-low
- Serve with finely chopped coriander garnish alongside steamed Basmati Rice
